Guided trail rides leave at four o'clock on Fridays, August through October. Camp here afterward, and then ride again Saturday, or hunt instead if Chula Homa has a fixture that morning. Please contact me a week in advance so I can confirm your place and tell you what the Saturday will be.
Chula Homa opens the season at Tilda Bogue Farm on November 14, 2026. If you want to be mounted and do not have a horse, get your date to me early.
The farm guidelines were revised and are posted here to download. The change worth noting is how horses are brought in: bring them all to the barn through the main gate, catch them in their stalls with a half scoop of feed apiece, and turn them out together afterward. Nobody goes into the pasture after a horse.
Saddles are available to lease by the day or the season, fitting included. If you have wanted to try riding aside, this is the cheapest way to find out whether you love it.
